Dear Friend,

I am Valbona, 37, born and raised in Zurich, but traveled a lot, in and outside. My lucky path of suffering and illness lead me finally to a place of happiness and natural healing. This is why I became a coach (soul- and mindfulness, family constellations and many other tools) and a Yoga teacher mainly Hatha and Kundalini (many styles, asanas, meditation, mantra singing). Sound healing is my latest and biggest passion (learned in India), which leads me to a different level of healing with no words. I am compassionate and like to enable others when it comes to life and healing. I am a happy nature and ready to follow my heart, to serve and to just enjoy life with all it has to offer.
