Dear beautiful Human,

I started this journey four years ago. It seems to me that it was yesterday, although every day that I look at myself I notice that I’m building inside of me four years of a beautiful journey. I was in a burnout situation and yoga came to me when I truly believe that was the right timing. I’ll never forget my first class, it was with my cousin. She is a yoga teacher with sixteen years of experience and she was the first one to give me this seed and I just started to poor water since that day. In the final class, we already were in savasana and I started to realize that I was experiencing feelings that I’ve never felt before, my eyes were closed but tears started to create. Tears of joy, happiness, tears of sadness and frustration, tears of an unknown place. And it was that place I didn’t know that pull me through this path until today.
